Description
I'm getting regularly, since the installation of Windows 7 (64 bit), a warning that 'my' account or profile was not found (when pulsing).
The warning I receive is (a screenshot is attached):

What's wrong with my WhatPulse installation?

Your datafile has been corrupted (can happen during an unplanned reboot), you need to stop the client, remove the datafile (APPDATA\WhatPulse) and restart the client. You'd need to fill out your details again and you're good to go.
