Description

Please, add support for proxy served internet connection.

Allow definition of the proxy server, port, optional user account and password whether by using
- the environment variables http_proxy,
- the new Qt 4 proxy settings,
- some WhatPulse startup dialog configuration parameters,
- command line arguments
- ...
